About Kartoflisko Restaurant
By education we are farmers, we live in the land of potatoes (in Polish “ziemniaki” or “kartofle”) and who knows if it is not for these reasons that an idea has crossed our minds to serve potato dishes – always delicious and fresh – in “Kartoflisko” (which in Polish means “a potato field”). All the more so that we ourselves are really keen on them! Just try our potato and leek soup, potato pizza or “kartoflisko” potato pancake. We serve them in a beautifully decorated pottery from Bolesławiec. We have taken special care of the restaurant’s atmosphere. Furniture made of solid oak wood, walls made of raw brick or covered with a thin layer of clay. On cold days we encourage you to warm up by the fireplace.
